Cheap and Cheerful
The product is adequate for my needs but not great. It was cheap and you get what you pay for. I didn't need high security just a simple storage box for some files so OK.

Only 5 hangers and no subject tabs
It was smaller than I thought and wouldn’t take A4 folders. Not a big problem,

Somewhat insecure labels
Very practical box file except that the name holders weren't very secure and came off too easily

Damaged hinge makes it pretty useless
The lid section has come apart which makes the lock unusable. The top is misaligned and I question its sturdiness when carrying the item. It costs too much to return to sender. A shame because the files are good and labels are nice. It's also a nice red glossy finish, just not very well made.

Good filing box, great to have proper well made keys. I would like to know where to buy more suspension files to fit it.
