This oil is simply top-notch quality stuff from Spain.This particular version is their most exquisite bottle because it’s made during the early harvest when the olives are still young and green. This makes for a unique flavor that I would describe as spicy yet delightful. It’s good for baking, frying and everything else but in my opinion this one is best for drizzling over a delicious appetizer, dish or salad.

If you’re looking at this, just buy it. The entire Mediterranean area is really suffering from Climate Change, and you won’t always have the chance to taste this absolute magic from Spain. Single origin, first harvest, spicy and grassy but doesn’t punch you in the face…yum! You won’t regret it.

Tastes better than the usual grocery store brands, and is not adulterated with other oils, as is so common in olive oil.

While this olive oil is pretty expensive, I was blown away by its complex, almost spicy flavor. Did not know regular olive oil can be this flavorful.

I purchased this oil as a gift for a dear friend. However, I am very tempted to keep this one and order another for my friend. If I do keep it, I will be back to update my review.

this has a very strong bitter flavor, which I'm sure some people like. However, I will not purchase this particular one again. I have not tried any of their other oils yet.

Would love to see a larger size which may cut down on the per ounce cost as well. One of our favorites!
