Perfect Outdoor Storage
Very surprised with this storage box. Instructions were easy to follow although I had watched a YouTube video that another buyer linked in a separate review before the box arrived. Everything snapped in to place perfectly and the box was assembled within 3 minutes of opening. Yes, the individual parts are flimsy, particularly the bottom layer that everything snaps into. HOWEVER, when all parts are assembled the box is sturdy enough for at least one average weight person. Kids will be fine. The most impressive thing is that this box has stood the waterproofing test. Assembled yesterday and had heavy rain overnight and all morning, opened the box this afternoon and not a drop got in, despite the lid being soaked on top. This was purchased to store a lawn mower and a couple of other garden tools. I have the smallest 33cm Ryobi lawn mower (check Amazon to see dimensions) and it fits like a glove - larger items may struggle. That being said I did have to remove the handle due to the height, however this was done with 2 bolts and so won't be a pain to re-assemble when needed.I'm guessing the biggest downfall will be the fact that whilst sturdy in general, the locking eye is fairly small and so limits the size of padlock you can use, hence only 4 stars for Easy to Lock. I have only used a £1 20mm padlock from Asda which fits fine, larger locks may cause difficulty. I definitely wouldn't store super valuable items (that goes for ANY outdoor storage, expensive or otherwise), as even with a decent padlock it wouldn't take a genius to cut the lid and steal everything. The box is large enough for what I need to use it for, though I can still easily pick it up and wander off with it, even when loaded with the few things I have inside.I'm unsure how it will stand up to windy days, I believe I have enough weight in it to stop it from flying away, at least it feels as though it won't be going anywhere. You could always put a couple of paving slabs in the bottom to make doubly sure it won't fly away. I would definitely recommend using some sort of padlock, purely to remove the issue of the lid blowing open or away. For the money, compared to the cost of other similar sized storage boxes, I would 100% recommend this to anyone looking for sturdy, waterproof outdoor storage. As I say, keep any valuable items in a separate, more secure location and you'll be perfectly fine.

Excellent - just what I wanted and great value!
It arrives flat-packed (obviously) and weighs about 8kg, so it's easily carried by one person.Unlike some other reviewers, I had no problems with missing parts, and the instruction sheet is detailed and clear, so it was quite easy to assemble. Some parts are certainly a very tight fit, and you do need to follow the instructions carefully (everything is numbered, but things like using part number 3 in step 2, then part number 2 in step 3, can be a bit confusing!). Make sure everything is aligned correctly and gradually ease the parts together, and if they don't seem to want to fit, don't force it, but double check that they're the right pieces in the right place, and that all the tabs and projections are positioned correctly. It did need quite a bit of force for some bits until they "clicked" into place, putting one piece on the ground and leaning down on the other to force it in by hand, but no tools required. Just take your time!Once assembled it's reasonably solid, and I feel quite safe sitting on the lid which is reinforced with internal struts and doesn't "give" - though of course it's no steel strong-box or garden shed! I think the reviewer whose child broke the lock must either have a very strong child or a faulty box - yes, with tools or a crow-bar you could snap it in a second, but it's made of tough leathery plastic (hdpe?) and I doubt I could break it without using tools.I think the finished box looks pretty good, considering it's a low-cost plastic product; the wood-panelled effect breaks up the panels and makes it less obtrusive, and while I'm not that keen on the slightly wavy ends, the lack of "fake" wood grain is a plus to my eye. With a rug and cushions on top (see photos), it's a definite improvement over the previous clutter on our balcony!A minor quibble - the left and right sides are identical, so both have two slots for the small roller wheels, yet only two are supplied (as confirmed in the instructions). Surely it would have cost hardly anything to supply two extra rollers, so you could put them at BOTH ends? Once it's full, it's unrealistic to expect you to unclip the rollers and move them to the opposite end, so if you want to move the filled box you can only lift it by one end, which seems unnecessarily limiting. But apart from that, I think it's great value and does the job well, and deserves 5 stars.

A good storage option - waterproof so far!
This arrived quickly and was simple to click together, despite my reservations. Only took about 5 minutes to build. It is very light to move around when empty but does feel sturdy. We haven’t used it to sit on, but it feels strong enough. It is a good size, holds all the cushions from our garden furniture. You can see small gaps in the joints, but so far it has stood up to the rain and nothings has got wet.Only criticism would be that it only comes with 2 rollers so you need to decide which end to put them on, would be much better to have the option of 4 so they could be on both sides. If you want to use it as a bench too though, you wouldn’t want rollers on both sides as it may move around! A good buy for the price.

Ideal storage and seating
I bought this for under £45.00.I was able to build this by myself relatively easily. It's light weight but robust as storage, although it should not be used as seating by heavier people!I've left it outside in terrible weather and the items inside have remained dry, although I do think it's necessary to have a padlock or something through the lid to prevent it potentially blowing open in strong winds.Pros:- Easy to move as it's lightweight and has wheels on one side- Keeps garden items safe from the outside elements- Additional seating (with caution depending on the weight of the individual)- Quick to constructCons:- No catch or lock on lid so something must be threaded through the padlock loops to prevent it blowing open- Not robust enough for larger individuals to use as seating
