Meerveil 75FT Expandable Garden Water Hose Pipe, 3/4" Solid Brass Connector，Triple-layer Latex Inner Tube Hose, Flexible Expanding Hose with 10 Pattern Spray Nozzle

This is the second purchase using the expandable/retractable hose. The first hose works (green aka Suplong Garden Hose Expandable Water Pipe 3 Times Expanding 100ft Flexible Magic Hose Pipes Reel With 7 Function Spray/Brass Connector ) without any leaks.However, this black/blue hose has been 3 times (twice to water the front garden - Med sized) and once to wash the car.Leaks from hose gun to hose connector and hose to the tap.Switched to see if the leak was my tap/washer or the hose connector from this purchase. Result is both hoses connectors are leaking after just three uses...The black/blue hose is a lot heavier than the above mentioned green hose... The green hose also does not tangle however, this black/blue hose has a habit of twisting itself into a circle and locking!Overall very disappointed with this hose and I would strongly advise Amazon customers checking around before purchasing this hose. It looks good but the original baggy hoses do the job better in my opinion.Update:The actual hose (ie. plastic connector has come loose) resulting in the leak at one end and unable to trace the other leak source.I have now replaced both rubber washers but to no avail...

Fab hose pipe, which does exactly what it says on the tin.The holder attaches to our external wall, and the hose connection is comfortable with our outside tap. The generous length means that I can water our entire garden. The nozzle has several settings, which is great for different areas. As it is retractable, it means I don't have to faff about with winding it back in everytime I use it.Despite being flexible, it is very strong and I've had not problems with kinks, leaks etc.... Spot on, thanks.

Great hose while it worked. Just came to use it for the second time and there are holes all over. Stored as suggested and kept in bag. Obviously being the time of year no frost or snow.Very disappointing as I thought a triple layer hose would be resilient.

I did not find this hose expanded to 100 feet it barley went longer that it's original length even when I had the tap onFully ... not fit for my purpose ... I should have returned it ... only just had my outside tap put in ... it's too late now

Once i learnt to let the hose fully fill before using it (for reference if its 'nearly' full and you use it the thing drags you backwards) with a trigger gun and large coverage spray head there wasno stopping me. I love this and its far easier for me to store than an identical length of standard hosing due to the relative lightness of this hose. 1st one ive ever owned n im not going back to an old fashioned solid hose ever again! If you treat it with a little care i dont forsee any issues with the problems ive read of elsewhere where the outer covering lets the actual tubing out through it.

I have had a couple of magic hoses with the baggy green outer cover and both burst within a short time. I came across this apparently stronger hose whilst on holiday and decided to give one a try. It certainly feels stronger and the brass fitting are more robust than the usual plastic ones. The outer cover is woven and I find that it does snag on my concrete driveway. Apart from that, I am happy with the hose and the accessories that came with it, which include a micro fibre cloth, mitten, spray gun attachment, adaptor for different tap sizes, a selection of sealing washers and a plastic hanger which fits over the tap to hang the hose on. As for durability, only time will tell.

Only used it twice but it's been great so far. Important part to remember is to switch the tab to closed at the end of the hose while filling/expanding it otherwise it won't expand. After expanded simply release the tab and water your garden etc. Looks well made and fairly sturdy. So far I'd say it's worth the money. 100ft and coils up neatly to sit on the supplied hanger. Cloth and mitt are not needed. Comes in a storage bag.

A little disappointed as bought this last year and it would appear that there isn't a thread on my connection to the tap please see picture.
