Only problem is that the plastic sleeve falls out of the collapsed unit. I always carry a large carabiner on my bags anyway, so I just loop both pieces seperately on, but it functions very well otherwise. Seals well, the sleeve is good/loose enough to be able to hold recently boiled water, and the carabiner is a revelation. Love the thermos.

Works great for travel trips. Easy to clean and nice and compact. The only major issue I’ve had is the part that keeps your hand from burning doesn’t seem to stay up on the cup. Still works great I just keep having to push that plastic part back up on the cup a lot.

Compressed nicely in my pack, easy to clean with some water and fingers. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was that it is not one piece, the pice that keeps hot fluids from burning slides on separately. It does pack well together but would have preferred that it was all on piece.

It's really cheap looking. Some of the people I gave it to, left the gift and didn't take it because they will never use it. Men didn't really like it. Very unstable cup.

I love this. A great sustainable option, sometimes spills when opening but overall a great product.

Difficult to use, collapsed frequently during use and couldnt get the sleeve to stay on while drinking from it.

I use this for my job where I have to carry all of my stuff in my back pack. It works great and easy to clean.

Very compact and light weight. The cup sleeve part slips off easy though
