We originally paid a lot of money for Shitoria Plum bathroom but nearly everything that got put in has not lasted any length of time, from taps to towel fixtures and loo roll holders, all rubbish! The Shitoria Plum shower mixer bar started leaking (internal fault) within a few months, it was mended but the fault returned within days so I took a punt and purchased this Mixer bar online which is much less than half the price of the V Plum one and the quality is much better and up to now it is still working without fault so I am so pleased I bought it, it does what it says it does and looks great. Also excellent service and very quick delivery, thanks.

I received it today. I replaced it with the old one which wasn’t working properly. It looks nice and also doing job really well. Packaging was really nice and also provided with small valves which can be used for hot water & cold water to connect with pipelines. I didn’t require those as I replaced my old thermostatic shower but I am amazed with the quality & functionality of this thermostatic shower. Value of money, 👍👍

Very easy to install just swapped for old one gives good water pressure heat good but oddly with diverter in up position comes out of hose connection and in down position comes out of overhead rainfall ! Hopefully will stand the test of time does come with instructions on how to adjust heat setting on valve but in this case not required hot powerful shower again

The product looked good and was delighted with the fitting and performance until after 7 months when the water started to go cold in the shower then hot again. I thought it was the boiler as this item was only 7 months old. Covid-19 delayed boiler engineer coming out for a service call. Boiler is fine, he diagnosed shower mixer as the problem. Email the seller and was told only 3 month guarantee and to repair it locally! Is this short guarantee against European law? In any case 3 month guarantee is not acceptable. Will complain to Amazon.

I'm not a plumber but it took me about 15 minutes to remove my old leaking bar and replace it with this one.As far as I'm concerned the unit is fab, it's East to install, doesn't leak, comes with everything you need, has good quality threads, and it works perfectly.Defo recommended

Just replaced a triton bar shower with diverter/thermostatic control. This was one of the cheapest options as the triton thermostatic control was failing after around 6-7 years of use. All the connections are standard but was a little fiddly to fit the solid hose to the rainwater head but got it working with some ptfe tape and virtually no leaks at that point. Run the unit (hot water from combi) and we have a nice hot shower once more. Will post an update after a few months to see if it is still doing a good job. Very pleased so far.UPDATE August 2020:Now about 8 months on and still going great. Would recommend and I am thinking of buying a spare because the price is about a 1/3 of named brands and it works fine.
