I had a similar version of this about ten years ago, and lost it. Haven’t been able to find one since. It’s built very well and it’s perfect size. If it wasn’t for the original one I lost, I’d of given this a 5star but that one was unreal. It allowed you to twist all the way through and continue twisting. This one twists and then retracts back to starting position. Still activates the correct muscle groups, so I am satisfied.

over all its a good arm workout something great for at your desk its listed that is can be used as a weapon while that may be true? you can get a better weapon for less money then this so your main goal of buying this like me should be as a workout tool sure if you hit someone over the head with this.. you'll do massive damage i'll stick with it being a - At desk arm tool anyways, the style is nice, paint is not perfect on it but it does what i wanted it to do and for that im happy you can twist it pretty far and after about 10 twists your arms will be feeling the burn thats for sure i do feel that its over priced i was hoping for a little better over all so i have to give it 4 stars because of that, but again it will work as listed

I just got this today and focused on my left wrist and forearm. I can already feel it getting stronger. I've always had issues with my forearms and I just got the best pump in my forearms that I've had in months. Can't wait to see what my results look like after I use this daily for a few more weeks!

This is by no means for power lifters that gives you extremely vascular forearms.However it does its job with moderate resistance to make most of the casual healthy lifters a workout.Great product to use while watching to or stationary biking. Not a lot of things to carry around.

This is a high quality torque bar. Its a got a nice lever of resistance and has a good amount of eight to it. It's pretty large.

This is for beginners and for prosU can use it for a few kind of stretches and for a workouti really like it its a nice small thing and dos not take up spaceand with a few min of using this in the morning i feel different

Great work out for your hands, wrists, and forearms. Very easy to use and after some time you can really feel it working, very convenient to take with you to use at the office or at home. If your looking for something different then the usual hand/forearm exerciser this will be for you. Feels very well built and would think it will last a long time.
