I had serious doubts that this product could produce the results they advertised. I have arthritis in my hip that NOTHING has helped before I started using Australian Dream. I heard Mark Levin talking about it on my way to the grocery store. I was in so much pain I was willing to try anything. The difference in my pain in 24 hours was amazing. I've used it for about three months, and most of the time I have no pain at all. The occasional pain I have is minor, and I only use it in the morning and at night. It can be used up to four times a day. I don't know how it works but I know it does work!I bought it expecting to return the jar for a full refund.

I've been using this on an arthritic knee for several years now and wouldn't be without it. It has made a huge difference in how my knee feels. I put it on every day 2-3 times a day and there has been a huge improvement in how my knee feels. I used to get a cortisone shot once a year at the beginning of sports season, but the last two years I skipped the shot. This cream relieves my pain almost as well as cortisone. If I've beat up on my knee a little, I will apply it 4 times that day and maybe put it on a little heavier, but most of the time 2 times a day (or even 1) is fine. One caveat, it doesn't seem to work for everyone. I've given it to a few other people and maybe one third said it didn't help. You'll need to try for yourself. When I started using it, I used it 4 times a day and noticed the improvement in about 4 days. Give it a week, and I think you'll know if it helps you.

I purchased this product for my mother, she's been fighting RA for the last 20yrs. We have tried numerous products to help allieviate the pain and nothing seemed to work...until we found this! She's swears by this cream 110% satisfaction! I will continue buying more!

I find it strange that a product with the primary active ingredient being emu oil could be effective for anything other than moisturizing, but this stuff really works! I have very bad shoulders and at the end of every day they hurt significantly even though I am on pain meds for chronic pain. But I find if I apply Australian Dream to my shoulders before getting into bed it relieves the discomfort within appx 30 minutes! And, I am in the process of testing it on my foot that has plantar fasciitis. I've only used it on my feet for a couple of days but I do believe that pain is also improving. Will edit my review to include that evaluation after I've given it ample testing time. This is an amazing product when you consider it is advertised for arthritis relief and neither of my problems is related to arthritis to any great extent.

I have taken muscle relaxers, pain pills, had trigger point injections, and chiropractic manipulations for my neck and back pain. My chronic pain has been going on for years. This product performs as advertised. I put it on my knees that have been bothering me for years and it allows me to play tennis and run on the court like I haven't done for years. I can't say enough good about it and recommend that everyone who has joint pain give it a try..
