Someone recommended these to keep my CGM in place, and they have worked amazingly. Yeah, I usually have to replace it once or twice in a 15 day period, but they still work very well to A) keep the device in place B) keep it from getting wet and C) keep it from collecting dirt. I'm very happy with this product.

I use these tegaderm bandages to go over my weekly HRT estradiol patches. They have really helped to keep them on during bathing and I think help the patch deliver the meds more consistently. Before using tegaderm, I was experience occasional night sweats- right before it was time to change it. Now, no more night sweats. I do rotate placement and that helps. It sticks well for a whole week. I use rubbing alcohol on the area selected and let it dry before placing patch and tegaderm.

I have tried many dressings and bandages for an ankle wound, and this is the most effective one I have found. It is pretty tricky to handle it, place it directly over the wound, and smoothly and evenly apply it, especially on a curved part of the body like the ankle, but it gets easier with a little practice. (However, each application is so expensive that you won't want to waste too many on "practicing.") Although the material is very thin and comfortable once applied, I have found it to be somewhat fragile, making it a bit difficult sometimes to keep it in place for very long while wearing a sock, for instance. Also, it is definitely waterproof, but vulnerable to peeling off in the shower or bath. Nonetheless, this product offers much broader and lasting coverage than any other bandage I have experienced, and it is easy to remove. I would definitely recommend it for the secure, pain-free protection that it offers, and for its relative durability. It provides exceptional protection for curved surfaces of the body like the ankle.

A good product for wound care and a much better price than offered at our local pharmacy.

I originally got these to try because my child is allergic to plastic adhesive bandages (which is all the kids type ones) these work fantastic to heal and prevent deep scaring and no allergic reaction! Im always hesitant when removing because I feel like it will stick to the injury (its all sticky on the back) but it doesn't!

I bought these because I had a burn on the back of my dominant hand that made it hard to do everything. You don't realize how much you touch water and wash your hands until it feels like acid. Anyway I selected these because they're waterproof and keep moisture in. I applied it and was thrilled but it was a little close to my thumb joint. The seal was short lived and I had to remove it. I followed removal instructions and it ripped of the entire burn scab that I needed to speed healing. Started bleeding and oozing everywhere. It was a terrible bandage choice.These would be great for a cut or scrape only on a flat surface not near a joint. Otherwise they're useless and may hurt you more.
