I'm not a big fan of pork but I tasted this once & I had to hunt it down since the store from which I bought it stopped carrying it. Such a fantastic sage flavor you wouldn't believe. Using King Sage Sausage for 50 years and this is first time I received a box of seasoned fat.Awful box. I hope try his is not an a smoky.This sausage is 65% fat. Awful Sausage.
