I have terrible low back pain. My daughter has a bad knee. As a former chiropractic assistant, I'm a TENS unit aficionado, but I was really getting sick of using multiple pads. Then...I found these and I couldn't be happier!The sticky part is STICKY! While it doesn't rip out hair and isn't difficult to remove, these will stay on and stay put! My daughter and I have both used our pads at least 12+ times now and I'm shocked that they still stick like they did on day 1. 100% contact, no lifting edges. I've slept in mine, worn it to work all day, used and repositioned so many times. This is probably the best stick ever.They also conduct A LOT of stim! Not sure how, but OMG! I know my TENS #'s and I've had to lower them a bit while using this pad. They are conductive!!I really LOVE how perfect these are for my back! My issue is the muscles around the spine get so tight they shift my vertebrae, resulting in a trip to my chiro. Each side of the pad covers a nice area and the spot in the middle (with no gel/no stim) fits perfect over my spine!Just a few notes regarding my daughter using these for her knee...Her skin is SUPER SENSITIVE! Pretty much everything will give her a rash. Every other TENS pad she has used has to some degree. These pads don't. Dare I say they are good for sensitive skin?I have a 12+ year old unit that I bought via a rep when working for the chiro. I don't even think it is made anymore, but these snap right on. Double check your snap measurements to be sure.These are incredible! I will definitely be ordering more.

I liked the fact that these fit my tens unit.I had a hard time finding ones that would fit my particular unit. Another customer answered my question because he had the same unit as me and he told me these would fit..I am thankful to him because these fit my unit perfectly. So I purchased these and they are a good value too..Thank you..

Absolutely love the butterfly shape, and they fit my EMS device perfectly...... HOWEVER ...... It only took a few minutes for my skin to have allergic reaction to the gel in which I hate the itchiness. I could not locate in description the composition. Wondering if any type of latex. Sadly I bought several.
