This works pretty well at leaning you out and adding some strength, but the price is a little high for 69 servings a bottle as you'll prob need at least two plus the other products you'd want to get the best results. This has 50 MG of 1-andro per pump which is should be a good dose as the capsules of other 1-andros are around 110mg. The mild AI's like chrysin are are a nice added bonus for other things than just blocking estrogen. Update pic after 12 weeks stacking with epi andro and 4 andro.

Real good stuff and it works

Complete waste of money. I am an avid lifter, for about 9 years now. I like to try a lot of different products. Some work, so do not! I saw zero change in strength, size, mood, recovery etc etc. I do not recommend

I wanted to test if it works so I put it under my left arm pit, my weak arm, and a month later I can now lift more with my left arm and my left arm got bigger. Now I'm gonna wait a month and the next cycle I'm gonna use it on my legs. If you have a bicep that refuses to grow put some of this on it and work out hard. It will grow!

Not a good product and neither are the people who ship it to you. Hated this product.
