Got this after having muscle spasms in my back and sides.This was the difference in me going to work, or not it's worked that well.After a spasm I've not been able to move, even with pain relief for a few days. Being a hairdresser I need to be able to move lol. Had a spasm Friday night, in work Saturday morning, wearing this tens machine 👊I'm not saying it gets rid of the pain but it really, really helps getting that pain level down.The sticky things I find stick well, I've worn them several times to help me sleep. I also wear them to work and they still stick like the 1st time I used them. I look after it like its my pet, so maybe that helps.I nearly bought a more expensive one but the reviews for this one were so good I thought £20 weren't too bad to lose if it didn't live up to it.You dont need to spend more.Best 20 quid I've spent in a very long time.

Only had this little beauty for a few hours and it's changed my life 🙂 I've had a very bad back for two weeks now so bad I would cry when trying to walk and I was even given morphine for the pain but still I was struggling but then this machine come in to my life and omg it's powerful and does the job.. fantastic

I had a trapped nerve and was off work for a month and heavily medicated. This machine has been an absolute life saver and helps me to stay meds free during work hours. It is super easy to use and has 16 different modes to choose from. Adhesion is good but I'd advise you to rub the sticky side with a tiny amouth of water after your 1st use as adhesion to skin is not very good otherwise. It looks like a small basic phone and it easily fits in your pocket and you can also lock the screen so you don't accidentally electrocute yourself. It starts on the lowest setting so you don't get a shock to the system when you switch it on and then choose the intensity level you want there after and also set the timer as well. From 20 mins up to 1 hour. Now I'm back at work and I get fantastic pain relief. My work colleagues nor my students have noticed that I'm using a device for pain relief throughout the day as its so discreet, compact, and easily tuck wires into your pockets. Highly recommend it to anyone who's seeking alternative pain relief methods.

Not only was it a very good deal on price and the charge lasts for longer than I needEach side works independently which is so helpfulThe only negative is that there is no holder to attach it to clothing so I either have to wear my dressing gown and put it in the pocket or have to hold it when I am struggling to get around the house

Wasn't expecting too much from this but it is exceptionally well made,easy to use with a variety of different pad sizes,modes,intensities etc. Most importantly it took my sciatic pain( in calf) away completely for several hours. Use it now whenever needed and so far it works on the pain every time!

Needed a new TENS as my old one broke! Very powerful.. I love it and helps me function by taking my pain to a bearable level.. So worth it

After suffering arthritic pain for goodness knows how long and my capabilities getting less and less in desperation I bought this item. I tried it on my hands 1st for a short time and it provided some relief, I have been wearing it whilst doing my chores is morning on my back and hips, oh my goodness what a difference, I even got on my hands and knees to wash my bathroom floor got up again too without a struggle. I am going to try wearing it for work, as a Carer, hopefully I won’t have my elderly clients offering to help me up off the floor in future 😁😁
