Highly recommended
I was going bald around my hairline and especially around my temples after my pregnancies. I had two babies back to back. I was completely embarrassed by it. Good tasting
Love these gummy womens multivitamins. Hate swallowing horse pills. These are perfect and I take them on an empty stomach but I make sure to eat soon after.

Very chewy
I noticed the longer you let them sit without using (daily) the harder they are to chew. My friend and I both enjoy these vitamins though as they are loaded with all the vitamins needed to stay healthy.
