Zinsser 02774 PERMA-WHITE Mold & Mildew Proof Interior Paint, Quart, Eggshell White

I loved the finish, it's quite good. I used it on wood and it seals very well. It doesn't have a bad smell. I really liked the finish it leaves.

Surprisingly the paint was great. I wish I’d had purchased a larger can. I will purchase more soon.

Great paint!

The Perma-white paint made our sunroom ceiling look great. The color covered the darker base, softens the white sealer the was used and adds a reflective coat for better lighting at night. The quart size was perfect, at the right price, provided enough for two coats and should be thick enough to last.

Great for touch ups. Remember not all whites are the same so try and stick to the same brands.

I used this paint before at a friend’s house and another friend had a similar issue where the bathroom has no ventilation. It worked so good and hasn’t had an issue since it was done a couple years ago at my friends that my other friend asked me to paint his bathroom. The 1st image is of the ceiling where it was the worst but the walls were not much better. The 2nd image show what it looks like after. I’ve tried other paints and the issue returns after a few months but this last a long time 2 years strong at my 1st friends let’s see how long it last at this other friend's house.

The paint is like a peral white. The paint washes off easily with soap and water. It's not too thick. This paint would be good for small projects.
