Install.complicated by lack of instruction, eg no description on how to remove touchscreen from body in order to screw body to elec box. Btw, touchscreen is hinged on one side and secured on opposite side with two small white screens. Loosen screws to enable touchscreen to be rotated on hinge off. Yeah, you can figure it out, but why risk damage when one sentence would do it.Secondly, the 2 provided screws that secure the body to the elec box via screwing into the ears of box are woefully too short, maybe 3/4". If drywall is 1/2" and thickness of body is 1/8"+ then that leaves you with a pittance to hold the body, hold the short screw and fish around with the end of the screw to try to blindly find the ear hole. Goid luck with that. I went to hw store and got screw 1/2" longer and it made that task so, so much easier, and avoided the stream of obscenities unleashed with the shorter screw. Btw, the provider screw would not screw into the ear hole of any of the typical elec boxes at at hw store.That done, i tried to set up wifi. Got all the way thru specifying wifi password but noticed that the 11 char pw i typed in (to make it that much harder to hack my network) was truncated to 10 letters. I thought ok, maybe the display can't display the entire 11 chars i entered and pressed connect. Nope. Failed to find it. Laticrete told me they only support 10 char passwords and told me I'd have to change my wifi password to 10 chars or less. Really? So i have to change my network and all other devices to accommodate your poorly crafted sw? She said yes. I'm a sw eng and changing sw to accommodate more chars is maybe an afternoon of work. So i can't use wifi now unless i change the password. Dumb.The rest of touchscreen interface is pretty clunky and not well thought out. Laticrete - do your customers a favor and get better company to outsource the sw to.Finally got it mounted and like others have said, the time scheduling is not very robust. I probably wont ever use the scheduling anyway, preferring to set the temp maybe 15 min before i decide to shower. The current programming capabilities have you accommodating the scheduled program rather than it accommodating you.Overal, just poorly engineered. Hope it at least works reliably.

Beware, this product stains tiles! The label also states this but it’s easy to overlook.
