I love that I can choose the exact temperature I want, whether it’s for tea, coffee, or anything else. It boils incredibly fast and even keeps the water warm afterward, which is super convenient.It’s easy to use, works like a charm, and has quickly become one of my favorite kitchen appliances. For about six months now I've been wanting another big branded kettle to match other appliances in my kitchen but didn't want to pay the money. I came across this one and trust me its just as good if not better. It looks amazing, it boils in no time and you control the temperature of the water. A great buy for that amazing price.

I did a lot of research before buying this kettle. The issue that many people have had with the lid is easily resolved by gently pinching one of the sprung metal cutouts with a pair of long nose pliers. This minor adjustment takes 10 seconds and it makes the lid easier to lift off, reducing the chances of the knob breaking. Be careful not to make the lid too loose, because you don't want it to fall off when you tip the kettle! Before buying this product I read the manual to check that the beeping noises can be muted, which they can. However, the beeps are very subtle and I therefore don't feel the need to mute them. The kettle has a reassuring weight to it - it is well designed and made and I hope to still be using it in many years time!

Love this kettle , looks stunning in the kitchen and will have friends envious! Bought because I'm pedantic about a clean kettle and use it all on my OWN! However, even though I have only used it a short time (2 or so weeks), the kettle has terrible limescale already. Just to add, I always take out any access after boiling it. This is not the manufacturers fault so maybe not a fair comment? Is there a way to make kettles nowadays to address the limescale a bit better?Otherwise, highly recommend ❤️

I have been scouring reviews trying to find a silent. Our old one beeped loudly at every possible opportunity. I could only find clear statements that kettles could be muted on £150+ models so I gave up and ordered this one. I was pleased to find that it does not beep much and when it does is quite quiet. Even better, a 3 second press of the power button totally silences it. Other plusses are the bar that shows how far through the heating process it is, the illuminating of the 80, 85, 90 and 95 degree buttons as it reaches those on its way to 100, and the display of the temperature of the water after the kettle turns off until it gets below 80. The only minus I have found, on early use, is that the minimum amount of 250ml does not come high enough in the kettle to show in the volume level window but I don't think that will be a problem. I'm hoping it will keep working for a long time.

Love this kettle. Very nice looking and sturdy. I purchased two, one for my kitchen and one for my caravan. No complaints.

This kettle provides some great points, being all stainless it’s easy to clean and more durable than plastic varieties. The temperature selection works really well allowing you to easily make specialty teas, while the associated countdown provides a bit more insight into when your kettle will be ready so you can get on with other things. I’ve found the beep when the kettle is ready to be unobtrusive and hasn’t caused any comments from anyone, not too loud and not too quiet.The only points I can think of that would improve this would be a larger range of temperatures to choose from for a bit more versatility (70 -100 degrees rather than 80 - 100 degrees) and an all stainless limescale filter, rather than the plastic insert in this kettle.

Purchased after returning previous kettle, as it set off the circuit breaker trip switch. Very happy with purchase so far. Looks great & works well. Noise level is quite acceptable as is the minimum level for water. Only negative is that it is impossible to empty the kettle completely without contorting it to a funny angle but that is a minor irritant. Hoping the good performance continues.
