This little piece of equipment is amazing! I have had it for less than a week but thus far, I love it. It’s high quality and is fun to use. I work from home most days and this forces me to get off my keester. I love that it is helping me to improve my balance. I also recently started having hip pain and this machine certainly helps with that. I also noticed that in the short time I’ve had this machine, I haven’t done the 3:00 doze at my desk or head bobbing routine. I highly recommend it. Upon my recommendation, I had two friends order one too. My only thing is that I get itchy from using it but I’m told that’s because of the lymphatic draining. Another outstanding product from LifePro. Happy jiggling!!

I love my Waver Mini by LifePro! It takes just 10 minutes a day and after 2 weeks, I can already see my body starting to tone and my wobbly bits are getting smaller! I am 5’2, weigh 158 and 65 years old and highly recommend this product. If you are heavier and have large feet, you need the regular size Waver. I have found several 10 minute exercises on YouTube that are fantastic!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Saw a recommendation from an Oncology Rehab for helping with control of lymphedema. I liked that this unit is smaller and more movable and felt a good way to get started using a vibration plate. So far has been a good tool for controlling swelling. Just getting started using in multiple ways. Used for sore muscles after marathon gardening and muscle recovery was much quicker than usual.

Recently received this so I can not comment on benefits of long term use. However I felt revitalized after one session and can not wait to being more conditioned. Osteopenia is a known side effect of space travel and vibration is what is used for astronauts after returning to earth. It will take 2 years before a DEXA scan will show objective improvement in my osteopenia so I will have to be patient. I am 73 and am looking forward to improving and then maintaining a good balance. The product was very well packaged and appears to be very sturdy. The noise level is nominal and would not interrupt a conversation. The instructions are very clear and I had no difficulty starting to use this mini wave.

Arrived promptly. Bought to see if would help with Lymphatic drainage to help relieve my lipoedema. Also hoped will help with bone density and circulation. Been using for two weeks and it definitely helps with lymphatic drainage and as an added bonus has helped with balance. Machine seems made well and so far I have enjoyed using it.

I was skeptical about how much exercise I would get from vibrating. After using this for several months, I am now a believer. I use it several mornings each week and feel energized. It is quiet while working. It is also easy to use. I began by sitting on a chair at first. By placing my arms on my upper legs, they vibrated along with my legs. I was attempting to build up my legs first, as I have a knee injury. The vibrating has helped to relieve my knee pain and stop my nightly leg cramps.After several weeks, I graduated to standing. I started with my feet together and moved my feet apart every few minutes to intensify the vibrating effect. Once I was secure in standing, I began adding the arm bands. Once again, I began with my feet together and slowly moved them to the edge of the plate.Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase and hope it continues to keep me healthy with an easy form of exercise.

This product honestly looks like a complete joke on the product's page (I actually find it laughable) however, I have noticed a significant difference since I began using this a few months ago. I have been using this product in the morning after I wake up. I usually stand on it for no longer than 15 minutes and occasionally will hold a plank/do "push ups" while this product is vibrating. Just standing on this product for around 5 minutes always wakes me up and helps me feel energized for the day. I can honestly say that I feel much less groggy throughout the day because of this machine. The vibration also seems to help my lower back pain. The machine has many different levels of vibration and allows you to set a timer. This is an excellent piece of equipment. I use it often to get rid of sore muscles, to relax tight muscles before I go to bed ,to strengthen my leg muscles, to wake me up if I feel stiff or drowsy in the morning , and as part of my warm-up before I go for an exercise walk or go to the gym. I like that it has different set times and different vibration rates & intensities.
