The training MMA gloves are fine, quality it good. However I ordered the wrong ones, I was wanting sparring gloves instead so I have no use for these.But would recommend in the future 👍

Ok for bag work if your not hitting hard and use wraps.
quality seems good, especially for the price but these aren't 'gloves' in the traditional sense as there's no padding. I am 90 kgs and am still a beginner - but after 5 minutes on the bag with wraps, I've got split knuckles. Superlight if you want to slap the bag and work on speed but no protection if you're hitting even half hard.

I bought these for heavy bag work. Really comfortable. I ordered large but they are a bit small. Next time I will order X-large.
