It really works as expected. I used to have another band (Polycom) that I replaced for this product so I can solve the problem of having a virtual meeting with 6 people in a meeting room and two or three connected remotely, and using the laptop microphone and speakers was useless. With this product this problem was completely solved. The meeting went on smoothly, everybody was able to participate and be heard by those attending the meeting, whether in the meeting room or connected remotely. Easy to set up, portable, great sound quality.

Easy to use and quality sound

I have a panel-type configuration in a room 20' x 50' where the Emeet Luna Plus speakerphone-puck is at the front of the room. It can pick up voices in the back of the room, barely and a little echo-y. It picks up panel audio >very< well, to the point where if there is a side-whisper conversation, it picks it up.You should apprise in person attendees to not yak unnecessarily.IF I could figure out how to connect a directional, push to talk mic for passing around the audience, the solution would be PERFECT.Update +6 months===============Wierd. When I connect it to my Windows 11 laptop, and use it with Windows Sound Recorder, the AI function is on and cannot be turned off (AI Button), even though the device's audio feedback says "AI off" and "AI on". So it can't be used to record a "room of audio" like with music played in the background.===In a pinch, because it's wireless, we'll pass the puck to a person in the back of the room when there is a question from the audience/gallery.===Battery life is very good. I use it for a 3 hour meeting and it recharges on a 2A USB charger within 30mins.

This is a quality item that works like a treat! Exactly what is needed.

The EMEET Conference Speaker and Microphone is great. It works very well for use with OBS - Youtube broadcasts that we have on a weekly basis. We are mostly using them for the Microphone, Bluetooth connected to either a PC laptop of Macbook with low latency for good video to audio alignment. We have also used the unit three times now for 1 hour long meetings. The battery is still showing 65% left.

Easy to connect. Great sound quality. Keeps background noise to a minimum. Would suggest to others.

Updated:I dropped my review from three stars to one star. I ended up getting another defective item this is now the third one now. I gave the company some options but since they would not be able go guarantee that they could not send me a defect-free item, they ultimately decided that the best course of action was to give me a full refund and call that a day. I also tried to continue with the company to see if they could offer me another product at a discounted rate for the issues I had over the month and the best they could do was 10%. At the end of the day, the product may have potential but I cannot recommend this company as they didn't try to fix the problem, they just rather make the problem go away. Support was responsive but its a third party support team so all they could do was apologies for the issues but did not have a real support strategy to fix issues that come up. I hope this review will help someone in the future on the product and experience you can expect when selecting this device and company.Previous Review:I had high hopes for this device but one feature of the speakerphone is the USB dongle slot, but unfortunately, it has been a letdown. The main issue is that the dongle does not lock into the provided slot at the bottom of the device, making it unreliable for consistent use and travel. It just drops out when you turn it over. Despite exchanging the product once, I have yet to receive a defect-free version. This also puts in question their quality control as two items have already had this problem. There is also mention of this problem in another review. I am in the process of exchanging the device again and hopes of getting a good one. The company has also been unable to guarantee that I will get one with a working dongle slot as they cannot inspect the device before it ships, which adds to the frustration. While the concept and potential of the product are promising, its hard to recommend at this point. I have been working with support two weeks not and still no resolution, but I will say that the support has been responsive. I will update my review when I receive the exchanged device, which they don't send a new one until its arrived at the warehouse. Its been over two weeks since I ordered the device and only have been able to use it for about three days.

Works great - better than the Jabra hockey puck USB style which is really for a small huddle room. This one works in a large conference room.
