Safe product and good value for money

I had a Rikon knife that I liked and ordered this for a friend who did not have a decent knife in her kitchen and would not be good about sharpening it. It has proved a good investment for her. The pink color was the least expensive which was a bonus.

I love this paring knife. It is very sharp. I had a hard time deciding on what color I wanted since they're are so many to choose from! I decided on Kuhn Rikon because I already had their can opener and know they make good products and the choice in colors is amazing. Highly recommend this knife.

I must say, this is a must have knife!! I want to take my other knives and give them away and replace them with this brand. A job well done!!

headline says it all. Handle doesn't have much weight to it, but that's to be expected for a knife that is so inexpensive. The blade is extremely sharp and I've done my due diligence to maintain that. I particularly like the lighter colors because it is rather dark in my kitchen; the lighter color makes it easier for my eye to follow the blade so I don't end up hurting myself.

Sheath a bit too narrow for blade. Have to wrangle/tug hard to remove it
