If you have a sprain or broken ankle , or any discomfort in that area, do your self a favor and get this ice pack. I’m a size 8.5 woman shoe size and it covers all the areas that’s needed for pain relief, this is my second surgery on my ankle area and ice is your best friend in this situation, this ice pack is easy to put on, as I mentioned before , covers the area’s icing is needed, feels sturdy and durable, flexible and comfortable to wear with the inner lining, it gives you the cushion so the sensitive irritated skin, so it won’t hurt with the cold, holds cold for good amount of time, again fits great for my needs. Definitely recommend this.

This feels better than the 3K contraption they afix to my foot during physical therapy. I use this product and ice twice a day for 15-20 minutes and it's perfect. Covers the entire foot, ankle, and lower leg areas. Broke my ankle in three places, compound fracture. This is magical for my recovery. Thanks to those who engineered this product for an affordable price. Stays cold the entire time. You don't want to ice more than 20 minutes at a time. Only takes a few hours to get cold in freezer. Comes with a plastic bag to keep inside to protect food and the product. Those who leave negative reviews I don't understand why. Can't please everyone I suppose.

Happy with this purchase. My 130 Great Dane got the zoomies and headed full throttle at me. Broke my right ankle which required surgery. This foot/ankle ice pack works well. One side is soft velour material; the other side slick material but not plastic. It freezes well but is still flexible. It has 3 Velcro straps, 1 around the foot, 1 around the ankle and the other slightly above the ankle. I use the velour side to wrap my ankle but also wear a sock and use a towel on my leg so I won’t get freezer burn. The slick side, when this is frozen, is unbearable for me even when wearing the sock and a towel. I can use the slick side if I put this in the refrigerator. It brings the swelling down and helps with the pain. It’s very easy for me to put on by myself without needing help. For size reference I wear a women’s 9 size shoe. It’s $22.99. Well worth it!

I just had foot surgery and this has been so helpful to help with the pain. Much safer than narcotics. I bought a lighter one too and do seem to prefer it because it isn’t so heavy. This one is nice but is quite heavy and bulky for smaller people.

Awesome ice pack! Definitely gets the job done. I used it after spraining my ankle (thanks to the charming but tricky cobblestones in Ireland), and it was a total lifesaver. The size was perfect for me (I wear a 9.5/10 shoe), and it’s flexible in all the right places without feeling too heavy. It stays cold for a good amount of time, and the Velcro straps are solid—they keep it securely in place. Highly recommend this one!

I thought instead of write what others are saying I could debunk many of the 1, 2, 3 star reviews.It doesn't stay cold - I am not sure what these people are using to freeze the pack but mine is staying cold for "extended" periods. In most applications you ice for 15 minutes I can wrap one ankle for 15-20 min and then unwrap and its still cold enough to wrap the other ankle for 15-20. I suspect maybe some people have their freezer set to non freezing temperatures.It doesn't fit - this comment is not meant to offend larger sized people but I am 6 foot with thick legs, everything I wear is extra large and the Velcro straps wrap around my calf twice and some of the icepack even overlaps around my ankle. If you are "that" large you probably need a custom kit not one size fits all, that is not fair to the manufacturer.It is not comfortable - I bought this design for a reason, it has a soft material on the that is not only comfortable but it doesn't interfere with cold application. I don't have to ware a sock and it works perfect. Again I am not sure what people are talking about.Really glad for my purchase and its brought instant relief

I don’t normally write reviews but this foot ice pack is great. Really snugs your foot great and stays cold for a while.

It is not easy to put on by yourself.This arrived today I put it in the freezer for about four hours and it got pretty cold(I recommend leaving it in overnight). It’s very comfortableand it fits pretty well. The only problem is it’s difficult to put on by yourself. I am pretty flexible and I needed help getting the straps secure. I thought it was more of a sock in the picture that is in reality.
