Q: I have a small mouth. Does this fit well with small mouthes? If its too big,can it be returned?

It has a tray that you bend to the shape of your mouth. Follow instructions to a tee and you'll be fine. I however experienced soreness while trying to mitigate TMJ so I stopped using it and learned to sleep with my mouth relaxed. As far as a return policy im pretty sure there isn't one.

Q: Does this work good? Is it comfortable for a smaller mouth?

I have a smaller mouth and it works well.

Q: Can you wear this with braces?

Yes, it sits on top of the teeth and would not interfere with braces.

Q: Will this make me drool?

I've been using this for about 4 months and it does not make me drool
