L?Or?al Paris Cool Supreme Permanent Hair Color, Ash Ultra Ash Medium Blonde 8.11, (Pack of 1)

I have been using this shade for several years. I have level 6-7 natural hair with a few strands of gray here and there. This shade takes some of the red out and blends in a lovely cool brown. It lifts away the drab.. I color my hair once every 8 weeks and that suits me fine. In the summer I notice that the sun fades it out quicker so I color once a month to refresh my color. I leave it on for the full 30-40 minutes. For shampoo and conditioner I use Aveda products which work well to keep it from fading too quickly.

This brand was the best I have ever used before. The color is Amazing, It covered all my whites, very gentle & there wasNO burning while the color was on my head, It had it's own shampoo in right blue color which means it's gentle to washafter coloring hair. Conditioner was dark Purple which means great for colored hair. I recommend 110% this brand. Buyit in other color from this Brand I just loved it & will never buy any other brand. I would give more stars if I could.

Works great to cover greys and is a very pretty color. Last about a month for me before I need to recolor. I can actually see greys before that because my hair grows fast but the color on the rest is beautiful. Same color as the box in my opinion.

I tried the ultra ash medium blonde and I'm happy with the result and gray coverage, though it did come out darker than I'd expected. This product's purple shampoo and conditioner are AWESOME. I'll keep using this one; turns out I like the shade even though it's not as blonde as the box photo.Would give five stars, but the picture is a LITTLE misleading.

I’ve been getting my hair highlighted for years and I’m tired of paying the price. I wanted something close to my base that wouldn’t be awfully orange or too dark. I was pretty happy with this dye considering the cost and the fact I did it at home. I will say it is a bit brassy in the sunlight but overall I’m happy with it and will probably keep using it.

I just wanted to half and half my hair with blonde and brown just to see if it would work. It did, perfectly. Processed just fine. The shampoo and conditioner smelled good and toned my hair perfectly. Easy directions to follow. Next time I’m going with a darker color now that I’m braver with it, but I’m satisfied this time!

Not ash at all, turned my hair orange!I had a natural ash dark blonde color and just wanted to even out my tone because my ends were sun-lightened. I followed the instructions exactly, but this dye completely ruined my hair. Instead of a cool, ashy blonde, I ended up with an awful brassy orange-yellow color — especially at the roots. My beautiful ash tone is gone. Even worse, the camera doesn’t fully capture how bright and orange the roots actually look in real life — it’s much worse in person.Very disappointed. I like the results and am happy and have bought again. Yes, my hair turned out yellow but it was not orange! Just spray a bit of silver L'Oreal Paris Colorista and you will be very happy.
