I appreciate how well they handled the issue...
There was a snafu with the shipping but when I reached out to the seller, they got back to me really fast, were really nice about it, and completely resolved the problem. For me personally, good customer service and a willingness to go the extra mile can do plenty to make up for issues that arise. I was very appreciative of how they handled things, that's why I think this experience deserves 5 stars.

One book was paperback, when they are supposed to be hardback.
Had to call Amazon to track packages. One book was paperback. Very disappointed.
