Absolutely NOT jam free! I don’t think I’ve been able to use it one time without having to go out to the garage to find my needle nose pliers to pull all the jammed staples out of this plastic hunk of junk! Definitely not made like they used to be, and I paid twice as much for the Swingline name & reputation that it was built on. Cannot return it, and will not ever buy again. I don’t like complaining, but this is a clear example of a great company gone bad for “cheaper” manufacturing. 😔

I order the same brand stapler for my restaurant and they always impress. It's light weight yet durable. In a busy restaurant we use it very often! The rubber applied to the bottom of the stapler helps with grip and helps it remain stationary. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because it doesn't hold a full row of standard staples...which I haven't encountered with this brand. But honestly..not a big deal! Great product and trusted brand.
