Absolutely hands down BEST oil pulling mixture! Been purchasing for years, will continue to purchase! Have many different of their products- love them all!

I like this particular mouth wash since it helps to keep the gums healthy. The ingredients are good and work synergistically to keep your mouth clean and healthy. Additionally, I like how it contains coq10. However, the bottle is not that large and it can be too expensive to use monthly. Other than that, this is a good quality product to try out if you’re interested in looking for a natural product to help keep your mouth/gums healthy.

I've been using this Happy Gum Drops Serum, daily, for almost a year now and, along with my Lucky Teeth Activated Charcoal tooth paste, the overall health of my teeth and gums has noticeably improved, with the "pockets" between my teeth and gums stabilizing thus requiring less visits to the dentist for cleanings. The label says to use "6 squirts", which I did for a while, and the product can go pretty quickly with that amount. After my first bottle, I decided to conserve the oil (and my $$), and instead found another approach that works great for me: soak my ProxaBrush and SulcaBrush with the oil before using them. This results in about I'd say a half a "squirt" (between the two brushes), which goes a long way, and at the end of using both brushes I use the remaining oil (plus saliva) in my mouth to "swish" as I would had I used "6 squirts" to start with.Also, I want to add that the folks at Living Libations (in Canada) are so friendly and helpful with whatever questions I have or product assistance I may need. :)

Oil pulling/swishing has been in my dental regimen for some time, but this product takes it to a whole new level of clean, refreshing and bacteria/virus eliminating level. I love this stuff and have recommended it to many, many family, friends and clients as the best regular dental hygiene add on that I've used in a long time. You need to follow the directions and "swish it" for at least a full 10 minutes - I use it as I prepare to go to work and the time flies by that way - it gets into all the porous surfaces of your teeth, gives you gums and tongue the kind of support they need to maintain a healthy mouth and gums. I highly recommend it.

Love all Living Libations products. This one is part of my oral care to keep my gums healthy, fresh, never a canker sore or inflammation. Combine with tongue scraper, floss, Ayurvedic mouthwash and nano-hydroxyapatite toothpaste.

Love this product I brush my teeth before using this product but I’m sure you can use without brushing. Leaves my teeth with minty taste and my gum are no longer inflamed.

OK. This is awesome! I have been doing oil pulling for awhile. I have used a number of different oils. This stuff is great. It says to use 6 drops. And at first I didn't think this would be enough, I was so use to using so much more oil. But sure enough after a few minutes it swishes very well and feels awesome. It has a minty taste, which is so much better than the plan oils I use. And by only using 6 drops a day this product is sure to last a long time, so it is well worth the money. I love the ingredients in this and feel like I'm doing a wonderful service to my teeth, and myself.Thanks Living Libations! I love you!

I’ve grown to like swooshing this product around every morning. I had to build up to the amount of time recommended but the flavor is minty and pleasant and I feel that it is a good product.
