The attachments DO NOT STAY ON. I was cleaning my ear with the scoop and watching on my phone. THE ATTACHMENT FELL OFF, I was not pushing hard or anything, being very gentle. IT BECAME LODGED IN MY EAR, I could not get it out and nobody could grab it without pushing it further. After a trip to urgent care where they had to use tiny scissors to grab it out, I am throwing this away and will never touch anything like it again.

I wasn't expecting this device to be this compact! When I took it out of the package, I was pleasantly surprised to see how small the whole apparatus is and fits nicely in the hand kind of a like a pen. Charges up quickly and my favorite part for a tool like this was the no-fuss WiFi pairing. You simply connect your phone to the device's WiFi and open the app. It starts streaming. That's it. I am glad it does not attempt to do anything more fancy and is straightforward. I only wish there was a way to connect to device's WiFi by scanning a QR code or something or scanning a NFC. That would be nice.Although I succeeded in cleaning my ear wax with this tool, I do not intent to use it for that purpose. I am using this tool for close inspection of electronic circuit boards for places where I cannot get a microscope or other lenses close. It works great for that!Few other uses I have found: macro pictures out in the wild of small bugs, inspecting watch movements on-the-go (such as when buying expensive used watches), helping with taking out a small splinter (yeah I get many), inspecting behind dry-wall (!!) -- yes! I drilled a tiny tiny hole, and slid it in.. it was awesome and easy to patch up the hole! :-) and so on.. I have used it for just about everything. My toddler used it to take close up pictures of lady bugs in the backyard.PROS:- Compact and well-built- Bright LED- Clear Picture- Connects to app/WiFi quickly- Comes with plenty of accessories and replaceable tips to clean even the most gross holes (ahem)CONS- Gets pretty warm after 5-7 minutes of use- App is a bit random. I was unable to get the pictures out of the in-built album and share. It just dails- I wish the photos in app are simply saved to a regular folder in Photos so that I can access it from any app, instead the app saves it internally (I was able to work around by using a power file explorer on Android, but I don't expect an average person to bother)

As someone who's always had inner ear problems since childhood I was constantly cleaning my ears with a bulb syringe and hoping I got all the wax out. When I saw this device I figured I'd give it a try and I can't believe how far technology has come. This little thing is the size of a pen and lights up very brightly so I can see inside my entire ear very easily (see pic) so no more guessing about what's left behind! It was super easy to set up with my Samsung Galaxy phone and I was using the product in minutes. It comes with a bunch of other ear cleaning accessories as well (which I'm not sure I'll use) and the app allows you to take pictures and video while using the device. Because it's a tiny lighted camera I can imagine all sorts of uses for it (aside from inspecting body parts) so I'm sure it will be worth every penny. Overall I'm glad I tried this device and certainly recommend it for those of you who aren't happy just cleaning behind the ears. ;-)

The ear wax removal tool is very useful. The package comes with a wand with an integrated camera, a charging cable, and various tools to remove ear wax. After getting the ear wax removal tool, I downloaded the app and connected the device to my phone. The images are shown on the app while you use the tool to remove the ear wax. It took me a minute to figure out which direction to move the tool in the ear canal, but got the hang of it after a few minutes. The images are surprisingly good and clear. The wand and integrated camera has a small light that is surprisingly bright. Overall it is a great tool to help you in tight spaces, like ear canals.

There are many of these endoscopes for sale on Amazon. If you want to get the more expensive ones, go ahead. But you won't surpass the quality of this one.I bought it as a trial, figuring I would get a more expensive one if this worked. No need to look further. This does it all and is so easy to set up and use.Don't hesitate to get this one. It is a great addition to my medical tools. And it can even find other uses.

Great quality Otoscope! Very easy to use, just plug in and charge, while you download and set up the app. The instructions are in the included manual. Once it’s charged you simply turn it on and the tiny camera lights up and you will have a clear visual of the inside of your ear. Comes with several cleaning tools too. Great price, love it!

I have chronically red and itchy ears, my ears are very small so they trap moisture. I loved to be able to see the wax and remove it myself. I also saw my own eardrum. Please be careful not to poke your eardrums! Use caution, but enjoy! It's worth it ☺️

I was skeptical because this is so cheap but it works great. There is a learning curve to figure out how to navigate, but set up is extremely easy.I think I will use it more as a microscope rather than an ear cleaner but either way it’s definitely worth the twenty odd dollars that it costs.

The otoscope device unfortunately feels like it was built cheaply. This is apparent as the camera stopped working for me, thus the reason why I'm returning it. As for positives, the 8pc set of ear picks are better at ear pick up in my opinion than the otoscope device.

It is, one of the better tools, I bought for health care. Good pricing, and use it often, for the Family. Wish, I had bought it sooner. Good investment.

I was able to use it twice and then it just stopped working.Not only that but the camera is geared so that you can use it in your left and right ear. In theory that’s helpful, but sometimes it’ll just switch without you asking it to so suddenly everything you’re doing is backwards.

It was cool but you can only see the outter edge of the ear canal. I bought it to see further inside. It is a good system otherwise. Pretty sturdy.
