Works like OE one. Night/day switch seems to be pretty consistent, a little different design. Mirror doesn't rattle or anything. I really don't notice it which is a good thing, it works.

Perfect Replacement
Perfect replacement mirror for my 2007 Civic. Just like the original, except brand new :)

Quick install
So much better than the 15 year old OEM mirror which had begun to peel and yellow around the edges. Install took 30 seconds and is a direct replacement to the original mirror. For a safety feature like this, the price is totally worth it.
