I bought this not expecting the ear cleaning portion to work as I was only interested in the camera. I've been using earbuds a lot while on my computer and I've been having problem with my hearing. I wanted to know what's going on in there so I decided to pull the trigger on buying one of these ear cleaning camera.Tip for first time user:Make sure the attachment clicks into place before you putting it in into your ear canal. I didn't know how hard I need to rotate the attachment and think it was already tight and putting it into my ear and sure enough, the horror story of the attachment came off in the ear canal came true. However, I manage to use the spare attachment and actually hear the click to then have the confidence of digging the other attachment out without much incident. I never have that incident after that.Pro:- The app installs without much incident- The camera is very clear- The attachment is very securely attached (if you hear the click)- The camera is gimballed so your camera isn't actually rotating when you rotate the tool.- You can record your ear cleaning sessionCons:- You need to know what you're doing- You need to be well coordinated- The camera requires you to switch WiFi to the device (and return it back when you're done)- The girth of the stem is pretty large for most ear.When I mentioned the girth, I meant if you need to go deeper to get into the problem area. With this device, I don't think it was meant to go too deep into the ear canal. It was meant to be used for cleaning the canal close to the opening, and it is great for that.When the thickest part start to form a perfect seal with my ear canal, I started to feel pressure in the ear and it starts to hurt. I was getting stubborn and wanted to take the compacted ear wax out. Then I start feeling something lifted, and I though I removed the wax that was blocking my hearing. I can hear better than before. I do feel a slight sting around the ear drum which lead me to believe that I may have torn my ear drum during the process by pushing air through it. I let it be for a few days and it may have been fully healed now.My recommendation is to not go too deep with this thing, and if you started to feel pressure and pain, stop and back out. I think this device will benefit having some air way that will prevent full air seal in the canal.Why did I give this a five stars after all that?- The price is very reasonable- The picture quality is very good for its price- It works for me despite some mishapsIf you're going to get this type of ear cleaning camera, get this one. The attachment is secure (I don't even want to think about other brand that doesn't have the click). The gimballed camera is great, I have no problem figuring out with way is up or down. You can switch between left and right ear mode on the provided software. Believe it or not, you do get turned around between the left and right ear. Switching them make them more intuitive to navigate.

I initially purchased this product because my ears itch a lot due to allergies and also due to being pregnant so I used it and I really really like it I also was curious if I was doing a good job with the q-tips when I do can leave my ears and actually I am I was only able to get out a little bit of Wax but there is a point when you are using it that the angle gets a little weird to try to pull something up but all in all I do like the product it's lightweight pretty convenient on how to set it up on your phone I would not suggest leaving the app on your phone consistently but depends on how often you clean your ears also you can use it for your nose I just was curious and just decided to look up my nose to see what everything look like in there if it look clean or whatever and it did good product I would purchase it again and this is the version I looked at weeks ago and it was slightly higher but the price of it went down so I said what the heck go ahead and purchase it so yes definitely recommend using this product I would not recommend anyone under the age of 10 using this product on their own simply because you can bust your eardrum.

Excessive earwax buildup runs in my family, and there have been a couple of times where I've even had to go to the doctor to get my ears unclogged. I was getting tired of this, which is when I stumbled across this product, and in the year or so I've had it (maybe more?), I've ceased to have earwax buildup problems.It's really easy to use, and the image quality of the camera is pretty decent considering how small it is.The only minor thing I will mention is that after a few months, a couple of the ear cleaning pieces you attach at the end did break, but considering how much I used them, and also that there is more than one of each kind of piece, this wasn't a big deal.Overall, a great product, and I have recommended it to the rest of my family.

I was very skeptical when I bought this.I had chronic ear infections my entire childhood and since I had my daughter, I have been paranoid about making sure her ears are clear. I've wanted an endoscope for a while but just never went through with buying one until now.The directions for setting it up were pretty straightforward. I had no trouble with it. The picture is incredibly clear! I can see every detail of my ear canal with great clarity. It comes with several scoops of various shapes that are very comfortable and easy to clean. It uses a basic micro USB cord to charge. Overall I love this little thing. I have no complaints.It gives me great peace of mind knowing I can safely clean my child's ears without hurting her or just check for an infection when she can't tell me what hurts yet.

This tool works decently for the price. I did manage to clean a ton of wax from my ears, however it was pretty uncomfortable because the attachments are to big fit where they need to. Battery doesn't last very long, but does last long enough to clean out an ear. Charges fast, and has a pretty clear picture. I had to contact Amazon because the first order was sent with no attachments inside box, and they happily sent a replacement, and it came within two days! Not bad for the money, and in the end it did relieve my ear discomfort!

We've had a similar product and needed more of the tips. This one has multiple that lock into a notch in the head. It connected over Wi-Fi and the picture is very clear.One thing I noted on this on versus the previous one is that the tip design lets to still see down into the ear versus effectively blocking the view. We found that the mushroom-shaped head did a great job where we needed to scrape gently to get some that the spoon ones weren't getting as well. It is worth the money and did the job.Only critique is that it doesn't have a protective cover for the head which can cause it to get damaged and dirty.
