Feels so great on my neck and lumbar issues.

Generally speaking, I am very pleased with the REVIX Microwavable Heating Pad. It does what it is advertised to do.The Pro's: I found that it holds it's heat fairly well. You get about 15 minutes of good heat out of it. I know that some complain about it not holding the heat longer. For me, I don't want the heat on more than maybe 15 or 20 minutes, so it works well for me.It does not need to be plugged into to electricity to work. This allows you the freedom of using it almost anywhere.The Con's: The initial heat is very soothing. However, after that initial heat, if you are laying on this pad or your are leaning against it in a chair,, once the heat dissipates, then you start to feel the hard stones in the pad and you will feel how lumpy it is. This becomes uncomfortable in a short period of time.Important facts:Stick with the time recommended in the instructions for heating. The instructions tell you to increase the time by 60 seconds if the initial time of 2 minutes is not enough. I found the 30 seconds is a better number. However, I have found that in my 1000 watt microwave, the recommended time of 2 minutes is quite adequate. You don't want it too hot so as to burn your body.Also equally important, once you heat it up per the instructions, you are cautioned NOT to reheat the pad for 2 hours. For this reason, I bought a second heating pad for times when a 2 hour wait is too long.

We own several back and neck heating pads and this set is fantastic! Heats well in microwave. Can be put in freezer as well if you need to ice an area for pain or inflammation.

I have quite a few earth therapeutics heating wraps, but I needed a new one specific for my back. I bought the purple softer, looking material one. It’s perfect, delivers nice, moist heat. I did notice in the reviews a comment about burning or smelling but it looks like that person heated it for six minutes. With these heating wraps, you cannot heat more than two minutes without displacing the contents or it it will burn because that’s how microwaves work. I only heated for two minutes though and it’s exactly what you need you don’t want to burn yourself. Great item and the eye mask is nice too.

The smell at first was really unbearable!!! I resorted to spraying each with distilled white vinegar, it helped a little but not much, I also tried a generic "fabric refresher", that also had very little affect. What seemed to help the most was actual Febreze. I did treat both several times and let them air dry or freezer dry depending on which one it was. I imagine you could use almost any scent Febreze. Once I was able to tolerate the smell, they are effective and do seem to help after my physical therapy.

These are great for my back and shoulders. The shoulder one doesn't do a great job on my neck because there's no way to keep the neck part in contact with me, but it is wonderful for my shoulders. I was also surprised to find that I was able to easily wrap the waist one around me without using the extender (female, size 18) but was grateful to see that the extender came automatically. Great for midfat sizes.

Lifesaver for my neck and back injuries. I like the wrap around belt pack for the lower back.

These work great for neck, shoulders and back and the back pad has a strap that you can put around your waist and it stays in place if you need to walk around. Very happy with this gift.

This includes three products, the shoulder cape, the back/abdomen wrap, and the eye mask. All are very well designed, stitched, and filled, unlike many that the filling shifts in leaving empty areas.Shoulder cape: perfectly balanced to sit securely on shoulder/neck areas, even while walking, cooking etc. Neck area actually rests properly against the back of your neck, up to your skull; the 'wings' gently drape across the full width of your shoulders, then forward, across the front, perfectly.Waist/back/ abdomen unit is ergonomically designed, with 4.5 inch wide, quality velcro straps that, on their own, easily fits a 42 inch waist; but, they even include a 15 inch extender, if 42 inches is insufficient.Eye mask: nice weight, generous size, wide strap and REMOVABLE WASHABLE cover!Heat: I like it hot! In our 1200 watt, large, microwave, I do 222 for waist or shoulder, spouse prefers 150. This retains sufficient therapeutic heat 15-20 minutes, and stays warm for at least an hour.Cold: only use this for the eye mask; (pop in a ziploc or sealed container so it doesn't pick up odors) pop in the deep freezer, and forget it until you need it.Stays cold about 15 minutes, stays cool about 45 minutes, at least that's when i want to swap it out for my spare.Scent: this comes in lavender and unscented. Personally, I detest lavender, and scented products in general, and it seems most heat wraps only offer scented. This does not disappoint, completely without offensive scents or odor.Suggestion: This is not a complaint for this particular manufacturer, but for all who make microwave heated pads: why oh why are they ALL not sold with removable, washable covers???? This seems so ìllogical; if you can do it for the eye mask, why not the larger ones???I first bought the waist wrap on its own; was so impressed I ordered two of these multi-packs, for myself, and fully intend for these to be very well recieved Xmas gifts for many in my life.I cannot recommend this company and their heat wraps enough. Superb product, excellent design and quality, outstanding value, absolutely the best "bang for your buck".Highest recommendation possible! Will update durability in a few months.

These heat packs are fantastic. They do a great job relieving pain.
