ColumbiaMen's Steens Mountain Vest

At the time I bought this vest I ws working in an office that had a crap heating system. One area was was a sauna while the next was a meat locker. I was looking for a functional extra layer than wouldn't be too bulky. I bought the vest.It is light weight and breathable but still warm has enough flexibility that I can move around. I have take to wearing it or one of the others I own almost daily during the colder months.It is just fleece, two side entry pockets with zippers. I wish it had a map/Napoleon pocket on the chest but it isn't the end of the world.They run pretty true to size; the gray might be a slight bit loose. I also found that for my torso I wanted the slight bit of extra material that the Tall size provided. So I proceeded to by two more in the Tall cut. One in Collegiate Blue and another in Grey. It is weird, the materials feel slightly different. The blue fees thicker and tighter to the body. The Gray slightly looser to the body and the material thickness a touch thinner. The blue one eventually broke in a little better; I am wearing that one right now in fact. Do with that information what you will.

I tried to buy this vest from another local store's website but there was some issue with the website, so I checked out Amazon, & of course they had it & it was the same price as the local store.Fit is a bit looser than perfect but not a deal breaker.Made of quality fleece that doesn't shed, like cheap fleece tends to do.Had to side pockets & those on the inside can hold items too.

Good fabric, size is as expected, color is what I wanted, the vest is great to wear around the house in the winter or under a coat outdoors. A warm core equals a warm body.

The most helpful reviews for clothes is to find someone of similar build to determine if a size will fit. I'm 6'3" 205 lbs and the large fit perfect. Extremely soft, warm, and comfortable. Highly recommended!

I like the deep pockets and the light but warn fabric. Very comfortable to wear will driving.

This is good early winter jacket for quick trips to car or to feed birds. The XL is bit too 9snug on my 210 pounds to get get loft. Really light weight so i like it for trips to the market.

I bought this lightweight fleece vest as a gift for my brother. He is 6’ tall and the fit was perfect. The fleece was high quality and is great for cool Fall weather or as a layering piece for colder weather.

I am 6.2" and around 210, iI ordered large and it is huge on me.

The jacket is mis-represented in 5 images out of 7 on the product page. It looks as if it is a jacket with detachable sleeves. It is actually a sleeveless jacket and the only mention is in the "Product Description", much lower down in the page and in a running style, which is seldom read by buyers. what takes the cake is that it is claimed to be "non-returnable", so you are stuck with something you did not want in the first place.

It’s a running joke with my SO’s kids that he’s going to eventually be buried in his vintage green fleecy vest (he literally wears it with everything), so I decided to get him a new one for Christmas to go with some of his other outfit choices and expand his wardrobe a bit. He’s now thinking he’s going to be buried in this one instead. Fits good, super soft and fuzzy, and he loves that he’s still warm but has better range of movement with the lack of sleeves. New favourite fleecy vest!

i didn't expect high quality with the price but it was worse than my lower expectation.The material is thin and there is small section of inner fabric for pockets but it is also very thin.Zipper is YKK product and it is good quality but slider body is on the typical women's cloth side. (on the right hand side when you wear this) so it is a little awkward for men.I bought this for wearing when I play golf. I am not sure how long the pockets will stay without getting a hole. If you are thinking to wear for a walk or jogging, maybe it will be fine but not for active sports.

Al comprar marca columbia pido una talla menor -mediana- y esta vez no fue la excepción, pedí la talla mediana y quedó perfecta. Es suave como peluche, es ligeramente gruesa (250), no huele a plástico barato, tiene bolsillos con cierres y no son de plástico, se ve muy bien una vez puesta. A diferencia de un chaleco white sierra -el cual fue una decepción- este chaleco es muestra de la superioridad de columbia sobre white sierra. La compre en 540 y su precio en ticket es de 900.Recomendada.
