Quality Gelatine Capsule/ Primrose Oil
Happy to find Kosher Gelatine since I don’t favor having pork as a gelatine base. Pork usually has parasites and is typically low quality gelatine. I like primrose for my skin (taken internally). It’s great. I know a woman who struggles with PMS (I don’t personally have PMS around my cycle), but she’s taken evening primrose for years and it always helps her. I gave her half my bottle, she’s pleased, as I am! Great in my eyes and I’m picky with supplements.It’s a decent size pill, but I don’t have issues with it.
