Warranty Claim Denied and No Support from Amazon
This lighter stopped working just six months after purchase. When I tried to claim the warranty, the company kept giving vague responses and shifting responsibility. I also reached out to Amazon for support, but they refused to help and told me it's my responsibility to contact the manufacturer directly.

Bought in Jan 2024. Died in July 2025.
Worked perfectly for about 1.5 years - smooth ignition, reliable flame. But now it’s completely unresponsive. No spark, no flame, nothing.For the price, decent lifespan… but dont expect it to last forever ⚠️
