It is a blended oil of Arbequina, Arbosana and Gretchenina olives. We use it for all our baking and cooking needs.

Quality Oil
Cooking with it didn't make that much difference to flavor......... also that works out to be quite expensive. Now I'm using it for salad dressings and the flavor comes through adding a little more complexity to the dressing.

It may be cold pressed organic olive oil which I appreciate, however, I was disappointed to not be able to take any garlic in it.
