The derailleurs/gears are not working properly
The media could not be loaded. It's easy to assemble the bike. However it's a seller problem that they have not tuned the gears before dispatch. Now Firefox asking me to visit nearby store and get bike tuned - pay by my self. What is the meaning of buying product by paying and then again paying for tuning. Not a good experience.

Fast and fluid cycle
This cycle is very fast and fluid. The assembly was easy, you can refer to firefox videos on youtube for this.The only thing to keep in mind is, the saddle height and distance adjustment which is the deciding factor for comfort.Since it has a narrow saddle, it will not be very comfortable after 1 hr of the ride. But those 1 hr will be fast and awesome.

Very expensive for the product received .
Few things i liked1) looks are okay.2) performance okay for a beginners cycle.3) quick delivery and no issues.Few things not liked.1) very poor workmanship, paint started to pee off2) stickers very evident. Not good quality work. I have a triad m3 and there is hell of difference in quality3) frame is steel and not aluminium alloy which increases weight4) no accessories. Firefox brand thus no freebies.5) sold at mrp. However when buying it shows discount. Thus inflated price shown earlier while buying. Amazon to strictly look into this.

Pathetic amzon service
Bike is good but Amazon service is pathetic. They have written that first free service is available but when I contacted firefox, thay said thay are not providing free service in Patna. Amazon has become unresponsive in this matter. Really pathetic experience. Never buy it from amazon

Pros1. great look.2. Sturdy build3. comfortableCons1. Bit expensive (you get discount during black Friday sale if you buy directly online from firefox website)2. Bit difficult to assemble for beginners, as there is no complete/relevant Video related to firefox Bad attitude VIII is available. Better to get it assembled by a professionaloverall satisfied.
