Q: Will these pads work with the shark steam mop model s3801co? i'm seeing for a he 3501, 3601 and the 3901, but no 3801!! please help!

The pads I received are about 12 inches long, however my steamer is 16 inches. These say they are for the first 3 numbers listed above. Also, when I requested a return I was told that I would be responsible for the return postage. Probably won't order anything else from this company.

They are the same on both sides. Great quality. Don't shrink much and good size. Easy to put on steamer!
