I live in a disgusting college apartment that I don’t think has ever had the floors cleaned. I spent several weeks working on cleaning the carpets, and this product definitely made a huge difference. I know it says to not use in a machine but it works fine in one, just don’t use much because it suds a lot. Cleaned my carpet so well that it unearthed other stains under the dirt in the fibers. One thing is make sure you fully rinse this out of the carpet otherwise it smells like rotting socks while it drys. (probably because it’s enzymes)

This is my second purchase of Zep carpet cleaner that I use in Hoover residential carpet cleaner. I use it to clean up urine spots when my dog has an accident. It smells good and cleans the carpets very well. With the Hoover and carpet cleaner soap combination it pulls all the dirt or urine out of commercial carpet or thick rug. It does get very foamy inside the carpet cleaner and can set off the filter trap. I just drain it and rinse out the container. Overall a good value compared to name brand carpet cleaner.

We were moving out of our home and we had three toddlers and an all carpeted apartment and we used this to clean the carpets and I definitely did the job. I’m so grateful for that. It did everything we needed it to if you’re looking for a carpet cleaner that is super powerful and does the job this is it

This stuff is great. I had stains that I have been trying to remove for over a year. And this stuff got the stains right out. Will continue to purchase this as long as I have carpet.

A great value option for carpet cleaning. Doesn’t foam too much and is easy to see how good it cleans. The smell is great and doesn’t have that very chemically smell. The instructions could be better as some things are left ambiguous such as the soak time. Also, I had to go over the spots I’ve cleaned multiple times since the product seems to get imbedded within the fabric. I had to make sure to get every last bit out of the carpet or it was going to attract more dirt in the future.
