People complain about needing to take two, but that is the most efficient way for your body to absorb, store, and utilize the nutrients involved without throwing most of it out in waste. These are great multivitamins and taste like mint when you swallow them. The only gripe that I have with them was that some of the vitamins were chipped somehow in the bottle but they are still good to take. just found it weird nevertheless. two bottles will last way more than a month.
