Helped me study for my test

The book is helpful for the writing, reading, and math sections. The math is extremely easy on the test though, there is a lot of information that you won’t need that is in the book. You just need to know your fractions, ratios, and percentages and how to solve for basic word problems. I am disappointed in the science section of this book. It did not cover what was on the real test. I studied it very well, and the only sections that were helpful for the test were the gastrointestinal, cardiovascular, and the hematological system. Needless to say, I scored extremely well on all the sections except science. Overall I passed the exam, but I would 100% recommend studying for the science portion with other materials.

I studied this book like crazy before taking the test this afternoon. The book was okay for science, but not detailed enough. Once in the test, I did not feel confident during the reading and writing portions. The math was a lot of decimals, percentages, and fractions. The book went over these some, but they should have been emphasized a lot more. Overall, the book helped me remember things I had forgotten, but needed to be way more detailed. I do not recommend this book.

Yes. This was very helpful w studying. Also, I made flash cards on Quizlet! This was my second time applying to The RN program and I got In!!!!I got an 86 the second time around.This book really helped me!!

Science portion was subpar. I had to add on another study guide to supplement. Writing, reading and math were great but a bit unorganized. Great practice tests but not enough to make me feel comfortable.
