I've been using these for over a week now and so far they work wonders! Im not a big fan of the taste. They kind of taste like keylime pie. But they help me fall and stay asleep without making me super tired and out of it in the morning like some other sleep aids do. I highly recommend!

I bought this product hoping it would be a better alternative to melatonin, which tends to make me feel groggy the next day. Unfortunately, this turned out to be even worse. Instead of helping me feel rested, it left me feeling sluggish and unfocused well into the morning. I was looking for something that could help me fall asleep without the next-day side effects, but this just made it harder to function the next day. If melatonin already causes you morning drowsiness, I’d recommend steering clear of this one.

These gummies definitely work if you need a good nights sleep. However for me personally they make me groggy in the mornings so I only take them if I don’t need to wake up early. They work great though

I was very excited about receiving these Gummies and possibly sleeping better. However, I did not feel any effect whatsoever, even when I took one more than prescribed. And they sadly tasted like old wax and had no nice flavor to them at all. Oh well. I tried. Maybe someone else will have a better experience! I hope
