Love these pans!
My wife has been looking for a new set of pans for a while. Price was not really an object and we looked at some sets that were more expensive. The finalists came down to an AllClad set and these. As soon as I picked up similar size pans from both sets the decision was made. The handles on these pans are the VERY best I have encountered; they are comfortable and long enough. With the All Clad it was like they set out to design an uncomfortable handle - and succeeded! We settled on the 13 piece set as the best bang for the buck; in addition during these pandemic times it was a set I could find in stock. The pans non stick works well and needless to say cleaning is effortless. They transfer heat well and heat up past enough. They claimed that the handles stay cool and with one exception I can say that they do. We just cooked up two large batches of hash browns cooking in ghee on a pretty hot gas stove at medium high and on any other pans we've had I would have had to use a pot holder. It is very impressive that this handle was cool. The one pan where the handle gets a little warm is one that is not included in this set; their 1.5 qt sauce pan. FWIW the 1.5 qt pan is a smaller OD than the 2.5 and 3.5 qt which is good. We liked the 2.5 and 3.5 qt sauce pans but wanted one smaller. In addition we also bought the 12 qt stock pot - that is one huge pan! During our annual soup supper that will hold the most requested soup!A final word on the stackability as this set is the Space Saver version of their Premier line. I am happy to report that it works well and our pans are now far easier to access and take up less space. And lastly their Premier line is still made in the US. That was a real consideration for us.These pans are not cheap but I think they are worth the money. They claim that it is ok to use metal utensils but we want to keep them working well for a long time so have gone to synthetic utensils like OXO ladles and silicone covered spatulas and wooden utensils from Earlywood.

Great so far
Just purchased and recieved last week. I am not usually one that'll spend this amount of money on pots and pans or buy a name brand pots and pans. I normally stick to the basic. However, basic is not always the easy to go. These pans are so far, great. In the pricier side (hence 4 stars in value). Which in addition to bad reviews I almost didn't purchase, the price is a bit scary if you're not used to paying this heavy price tag. You'd think they'd be the best thing since sliced bread near-perfect. They are close to being perfect and the reason why I'm writing this review. They have a heaviness to them I like. Not too heavy. The handles only get hot closer to the actual pan. Otherwise, it is true, stay cool handles. I really like the stacking/ nesting feature. Very accommodating in tight, small spots. I do not have a lot of under counter space. Yes, depending on space, you may have to pull out a nested stack to get to the pan(s) you desire but I don't find that an issue, yet. They seem to wash well in dishwasher and by hand if so desired. Very easy to clean. I use teflon or rubber utensils when cooking. The lids are nice. They fit exactly to the pan. There is no steaming outside. The only draw back to this is, if you don't want moisture, water in your dish that you're cooking. When you lift lids, such as boiling water, there is evaporation that does drip into food. I wish there were a few small breathing wholes in lid to prevent the extra evaporation. I haven't yet used in oven yet. I do have a gas stove and have not found issue with flame marks as of yet either. Time will tell how well these pans will hold up. They're backed with a lifetime warranty. Register your product! So far, so good. I'm pleased. I'd reccomend. Will update in future if any changes occur.

Ooooh, fancy!
Most expensive cookware set we've ever purchased. But... It's very nice.We are afraid to put them in the dishwasher or use metal utensils in them as advertised. At this price we're not risking it.These behave like cast iron. They take a while to heat up but the heat distribution is excellent. Old pots you could see the circle of flame location as water starts to boil. These boil evenly across the whole bottom. Careful trying to get heated up fast. They retain heat so well I've burned a few things. Turning down the heat or even removing from heat is a very delayed reaction. I can pull a boiling pot of water off the stove and it will remain boiling for 10-15 seconds more. Old pots it would stop boiling as soon as I took it off the heat.Drawbacks are you need two hands to lift lids. Otherwise you'll risk steam burns by lifting up one side. I just blow the steam away. And the rivets holding the handles need extra attention when cleaning due to the nooks and crannies around them. These are heavy. I'm a big guy and like to saute and flip with the pan over a utensil. Big difference from my old pans. These take some arm strength.Pros. These stack beautifully. Solid construction. Brown nicely. Cleanup is a breeze. Great heat distribution.
