Great new milk foamer with different settings
Absolutely love the new aeroccino! I had the older one for several years and it finally started giving out. Decided it was time for a new one and this one is so much better than the old one. I love the new handle, love the pourspout, which the old one did not have. And this one has four separate buttons that light up for different options— cold foam, latte (or hot cocoa), light foam or heavy foam. This is perfect. One warning is that it says “dishwasher safe” on the box. It is NOT. The only part thats dishwasher safe is the lid. The pot and the base are obviously not safe to put in the dishwasher. Well done, I love it.

Love it so far!
I purchased this after my Aeroccino 3 stopped working. So far it has worked well. It is very easy to use and the directions are straightforward. It has 4 settings, heat level is great, spin does what it needs to do, frothing is amazing but took a little time to perfect the recipe. I cannot comment much on durability at this time, it is still fairly new but it seems to be well made and of good material. Although, based off of my experience with the Aeroccino 3 (only lasted a year), I would highly recommend getting the warranty.

Cold foam
It works wonderfully and easy to clean up. I have made hot and cold drinks with no issues

Worked Great Until It Didn't
Bought in March 2023. Worked great until it started burning milk in the bottom after every use about 2 months ago (despite cleaning and scrubbing the burned milk out of the bottom between every use). Two days ago it did not froth or heat the milk at all and all the lights started flashing in unison about 10 times before it shut off completely. I called customer support and spent 45 min on the phone with someone who said I was not cleaning the machine out properly between uses (I am), who said it must have been exposed to high heat because it sits a foot away from the stovetop (it has not ever been exposed to high heat from our stovetop! lol -- also... it goes in the dishwasher!), and ultimately said it must have been the frothing wick itself (which is perfectly clean and in working order as if it just came out of the box). Nespresso said I could buy a new wick on my own dollar + shipping. But if that came and also didn't work then I would be out that money and I am out of the 1-year warranty period so can never get a new machine replaced on them. I am not willing to throw them anymore money so this will just go in the garbage. Nothing is built to last anymore! My one suggestion is to NOT wash this in the dishwasher like they say you can! I bet handwashing might have extended the life a bit more. That's my guess anyway!

Great frother and fast.
This is the real deal. Makes nice smooth rich foam every time. Less than a minute to froth. Dishwasher safe, so easy to clean. Great for hot and cold brew. Cheap insurance option. No problems.

Well built and fast working with a couple of caveats
This is the fastest, most well built, most effective frother that I've come across. However, it suffers from the same issue most of them do which is in order to protect consumers, the hottest setting is just barely hot enough for me. I love that you can put it in the dishwasher. Capacity is enough for 1 large latte or a couple of cortados.

Worth the Cost
I've had some bad luck with frothers. The last two I bought lasted about a year. I only used them at most three times per week. I recently purchased another that I ended up returning after a couple of uses. After reviewing several sources, it was between this one and Breville. I chose this one because the other Nespresso models seem to get positive reviews. So far, so good. It makes the kind of foam I like, it's very quiet, and very quick. The only thing I wish it had was an alert to let you know it's done. If it dies, I'll update my review.
