Pump didn’t work but the lid screws off so although annoying doesn’t affect use. I like the fact that this was made by surgeons for scars after surgery and works on both new and old scars

This gel is clearly not appropriate consistency for this design of pump bottle. I bought one and could not get any to pump out so returned it as “faulty” and ordered another and it is exactly the same. I have opened it to check the gel and that seems fine and I have had about half a dozen friends and family try (in case I’m being daft) and no-one can pump any out. You just pump pump pump and no product will ever come out.

Too early but I think I can see an improvement.Like a few have mentioned before the pump does not work. Couldn't be bothered to raise it with seller so just undo and get gel that way

Was dubious about this.Use on a circumcision scar to reduce swelling and redness, couple of days use settled and use frequently to help the healing process.

I didn't really get the chance to see if the product worked as I returned it due to not being able to pump the gel out of the dispenser. It didn't seem to be faulty as such as some did come out but it took maybe 10-15 pumps to get a tiny bit out so just didn't seem like the dispenser was fit for the thickness of the product. I expected a bit better as it's not exactly cheap.

The pump works ok unlike with other users, it just needed more squeezes at the very beginning to pull the gel up into the nozzle. The gel is sticky and it attracts dust which needs to be cleaned in few hours after application. I cannot say anything about its effectiveness yet. The list of ingredients at the back of the bottle looks impressive though vitamin E and silicone are not mentioned as advertised on the listing. I sent an enquiry to Elaimei, the manufacturer about this and I'm waiting for a response. They are not advertising this product on their website. I am using the gel on my forearm after the post fracture surgery and implantation of titanium plates.

Very good product

I have pumped it over and over for minutes with no luck. Shook it incase of an air bubble and nothing. In the end I had to pull the pump out and scrape out what I could.The gel itself seems to be working OK but blimey if your selling this as your business get a pump that works.There are alot of other reviews on this product saying the same so they must know there bottles are no good.
