Does exactly what you expect. Easy to use

For price... I think you should have 5 sachets. Having said that, they of course work. I did however find them a little too strong/dense for the panna cotta recipe I made, so would use less next time.

There is nothing i dislike about this product!

I was delighted to find this product on Amazon as sometimes only the leaf gelatine is available which I have had problems with in the past and which is usually very expensive. Easy to use measured sachets even for novice cooks. Only watchword is carefully check how much gelatine is to be used in the recipe and add gelatine to liquid, not the other way round. Used in fluffy cheesecake recipe which is quite high volume liquid and had no problems at all with setting and not rubbery finish. Excellent product from reliable brand.

I know Dr Oetker make vegetarian gelatine do I searched for it on Amazon as I couldn't find any in shops. This product came up, it was described as vegetarian a few times in the description.Product arrived and it says "beef gelatine" as the ingredient. The description is a lie and Amazon just does not accept returns for this product.

A good way to buy gelatin, when you only need a little, rather than an expensive pack of sheet gelatin.I used this to make a fish pond for a cake I was making, it was ideal because I could control the set. Have also used it to make G&T jellies, and the savoury jelly for a gala pie.
