Contains probiotic strains for gut health, stress resistance and good sleep. It works!
I had a virus with intestinal symptoms in December 2024, and after that I started having problems with sleep.I made a research and found out that intestinal microbiota has a direct effect on the state of nervous system and the ability to sleep, relax and concentrate.I knew it before that problems with digestion health are often connected to increased stress levels. But it was a surprise for me that you may have no obvious digestion problems - nothing hurts, no stress eating or sugar addiction, no problems with weight - and still have invisible and unnoticeable lack of good micro biome in your intestines, which may cause bad sleep and concentration, lower emotional state or anxiety.I searched which particular probiotic strains have effect on state of brain and sleep proven by scientific research. Here is the list - resumed by ChatGPT:Summary: Probiotic Strains for Gut and Brain Health1. Gut Recovery After Antibiotics or Digestive Disorders• Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG (LGG) – Helps restore gut microbiota balance after antibiotics, reduces antibiotic-associated diarrhea, and strengthens intestinal barrier function.• Bifidobacterium longum – Supports microbiota restoration, reduces inflammation, and promotes digestive health.2. Sleep Improvement, Cognitive Function, and Emotional Well-being• Lactobacillus rhamnosus – Modulates the gut-brain axis, reduces anxiety, enhances mood, and may improve sleep and cognitive function.• Lactobacillus reuteri – Promotes oxytocin and serotonin production, improves emotional well-being, and reduces neuroinflammation linked to sleep disorders.• Lactobacillus helveticus – Helps lower stress and depressive symptoms, making it beneficial for sleep quality and mental resilience. So according to results of my research I was looking for probiotic capsules with particular strains. It was not easy to find, I found out that most popular probiotics don’t contain the strains most helpful for brain and stress-resistance, which makes me think that many people who suffered from intestinal problems or took antibiotics and after that took some popular probiotic to recover - may still have lack of support to their stress resistance function.I have chosen NutriZing multibiotics due to the good reviews.I took them on empty stomach in the morning with a spoon of inulin. Inulin is PREbiotic, which is a food for healthy micro biome. The goal was to provide healthy antibiotics with suitable food to consume, to give them best conditions for reproduction.I also refrained from coffee and food for 1,5-2 hours after I took the probiotics, because gastric juice prevents the newborn microbiome to reproduce and work.I found in my research that it is a MUST to refrain from sweet food or simple carbohydrates at least 2 hours after probiotics, because sugars are consumed by bad microbiome and if you feed it, it will reproduce more quickly and displace the new good microbiome, so all your probiotic effort will be in vain.Consuming protein food is better, still not perfect because of gastric juice, but not boosting bad microbiome, so proteins are ok in an hour after probiotics. So after taking NutriZing multibiotics for 2 or 3 weeks my sleep was back. I also felt more effect from the supplements I was taking, I guess that’s because they started to absorb better in the intestines.Overall I’m totally satisfied with my choice, recommend it.

Very good.
Very good product. I ordered these again as it took about ten days to be really sure they were helping, I have been on another brand for years but these are now currently my first choice. I have still a few of my original brand left should these turn out not so good but for now it's 5*s🙋

These really work: I’m amazed!
My digestive system had been completely haywire for more than a year. I’ve been making homemade yoghurt but it didn’t seem to do much to help, although I think it’s worth continuing; even small effects can be cumulative. Then I tried making my own kimchi which was so delicious I ate it at practically every mealtime, with a few sneaky spoonsful in between. The huge jar I made only lasted a couple of weeks! (I highly recommend making your own kimchi with authentic Korean ingredients, especially Korean chilli flakes, all available on Amazon; just as well as I live 100+ miles from a proper supermarket.) But although the kimchi was super-delicious it had a smaller effect on my digestive system than I’d hoped. Maybe I was expecting too much, too soon. But I’m certainly going to make more and, like the homemade yoghurt, make it a regular part of my diet to keep helping my system. But then, because I’d not experienced a massive help from either the yoghurt or the kimchi I looked for a supplement the keep building the benefits. I had to make a trade off between price — I’m a pensioner — and contents. I made a point of avoiding products that only made broad general claims about what they contained, looking for a brand that had a wide range of strains of bacteria. I don’t see the point of adding just one; how do you know that’s what your gut needs? Besides, a healthy gut contains lots of different kinds 0f bacteria so it made sense to choose a brand that had as wide a range as possible, for a price I could afford. (Some cost silly amounts of money, it seems.)I chose this brand and — because my digestive system was so chaotic — took the full strength recommended dose. And within less than two weeks it was very obvious that my system was responding, and responding well. A month on and everything is working so much better. I couldn’t be more delighted — or more surprised!I always take reviews for health supplement not so much as with a pinch but well over the daily recommended serving of salt. The placebo effect means people can persuade themselves that all sorts of things cure all sorts of ills. But I have to say that the way my system responded to these little capsules genuinely amazed and delighted me.So now (just this week) to give my new biome something to work on I’ve also started having porage oats every day. I like them just with cold milk and some (unpasteurised) honey stirred in. I prefer this at the moment to making porridge — I’ll save that for the colder weather — and there really is no need to soak oats, or pay extra for various kinds of ‘instant’ oats. Pouring milk is quicker than boiling a kettle! (But then because I am a Scot, yes, I add the teeniest, tiniest pinch-ette of salt to bring out the flavour of the oats) And, really, what could be more traditional than oats sweetened with a little honey? Except maybe sometimes adding just a tiny drop of a good malt whisky as a treat when I have them before bed: oats are renowned for helping with sleep. So not only have these little capsules made an enormous difference, as a result I’ve become more aware of what I’m putting into my system. (No, I won’t be adding whisky on a regular basis!) And I’ve been reminded of how much I used to love porage — or porridge for Sassenachs out there 😄😇 — oats as a child, cold or hot.My system working so much better, a prompt to improve my diet and happy childhood memories revived: not a bad result for a couple of wee capsules every day for a month!
