Good purchase!
Very comprehensive water testing kit. Easy to use and results are clearly displayed. I had a small issue with part of the testing kit which was completely resolved, very quickly and without any difficulty by the supplier. Regarding the bacteria testing vial, I’d recommend to measure the water into a 5ml spoon or container first and then pour into the testing vial as the vial fills up extremely fast from the tap and could overflow. Both the product and customer support deserve 5 stars! Would recommend.

DON’T BUY! EXPIRED BEFORE DELIVERED!
DON’T BUY! The Watersafe Drinking Water Test Kit was delivered to me on the 10th of June 2025 and had an expiry date of the 6th of June 2025. The expiry was printed backwards as you often find. Expired before it was even delivered. See photos. Waste of money! I would have given less than one star on that basis but I couldn’t. Not happy.

Comprehensive, Easy to Use, and Good Value!
The test kit arrived very quickly, and in good condition. The instructions for the various tests were clear, and concise. It was very simple to check the results, with little possibility that one could misinterpret anything.The kit included every relevant test for a domestic well water supply. It represented good value for money, and I would have no hesitation in recommending this product.

Very good basic indication
We've just had a borehole done, so I wanted to know whether there were any nasties lurking, before the lab test, as I needed to start giving it to the horses ASAP. Easy to use and gives the most common contaminant indications.

Poorly written instructions, flimsy
Poorly written instructions, the kit is flimsy. I would not recommend. I was expecting a quality product for the price.

Seems accurate
Without physically testing alongside an actual laboratory it's hard to say does what it says on the box, but it had visible readings on the dip sticks and colour change on the bacteria test so gave me the comfort to use the water in my new house. So far I'm not ill so must of been correct.

Is this accurate?
How can be sure if the colour chart is all a mess?The PH result on the strip show the colour of the chlorine print chart, and the Hardness strip result got the colour of the pH. Chlorine is the only 1 right.The Lead test is super unreliable .Very expensive for a no accurate results
