I had to deflate it a little bit to make fit comfortably fit. I took some sleep medication when I got on the plane to cross the Pacific. After the meal, about one hour, (just enough time for the medication to kick in) I leaned forward into the pillow and woke about an hour from my destination. I have a damaged spine from 3 totaled cars, 2 totaled motorcycles, and one parachute damaged beyond repair. My spine is compressed and I have lost significant height and the bottom 3 are the worst; I knew my tailbone was going to be raw after that flight but because I slept leaning forward, I took all the pressure off my lower back and was relatively pain free. I would advise anyone to buy it....your only regret will be if you don't.

Purchased this product for a 9 hour flight. Glad I had it. Pair this with noise cancelling headphones and some support for your lower back (I used my neck pillow) and you will be as close to comfy as you can get. Only issue was that once your entire face is in it, and since it is made of plastic it had a plastic scent which I was bothered by (very scent sensitive), so I wish I aired it out before my flight. Flight home was awesome since I aired it out during my vacation. It seemed bulky at first as I like to pack light for flights- but I was able to tie the pouch to the strap of my small backpack instead of making room for it inside. Bonus: after you get your sleep it can be used as a Ipad stand, or you can put it on the ground where your legs go and have some support there too. Get creative.

No hemos podido usarla todavía, por esto del coronavirus, porque la idea era llevarla de viaje. Pero la hemos probado en casa, y es blandita, suave, fácil de inflar y desinflar. Cómo todas la almohadas inflables es difícil volver a guardarla en su funda, pero no imposible. Estamos deseando poder utilizarla en nuestro viaje de larga distancia.

Material, design and service was good. I compared the design of this pillow with another which a friend of mine bought, this is better in a lot of ways especially the valve. Very easy to inflate and deflate. The bag that came with it is big enough to stuff the deflated pillow in.
