I use this post workout as part of a protein shake and it works very well and is good value - my recipe is 1/2 cup ice, 1/2 cup full fat milk , 1 banana , 1 tablespoon of peanut butter, 1 tablespoon of golden syrup and 1 scoop of Gold Standard Whey - put it in a blender and mix and then drink - tastes great and helps my bulk.

Amazing product, the best protein whey available and the taste is incredible. Really packs a punch and takes away unwanted hunger pangs. Lots of different flavours to accommodate for everyone’s different palettes. Will be buying this product every time from now!

Works great and tastes ok but i was very disappointed that the package didn’t have any information such as how many scoops is one serving (its one i found out after having to empty the bag into a box and count) and they also don’t tell you when to take it.Other than that great product

Very pleasant flavour. Easy to prepare with either water or milk. Give it a good shake and it's ready in a couple of seconds, with no residual granules at all. It comes with a scoop inside the packaging. Very happy with this purchase.

I’ve tried three favours and the three of them are amazing.I’m not a big fan of vanilla and I put this in all my smoothies and even with yogurt.It’s worth the price as you get good values and amazing flavours. I’m looking forward to try the cookies and cream!

Ordered this as a step-in replacement for another back that didn't arrive.It mixed well, as expected with Whey products, and the taste was better then some of the more oat flour alternatives that seem to require 3 times as much per mix. Item was resealable with zip lock. Overall decent purchase, will probably opt for a larger quantity item next time, as if you're taking protein, this is probably not the most cost effective solution. Alright in a pinch though.

Hi. Just going to say straight away that this stuff tastes really good. I just mix the recommended amount with water and it’s lush.I’ve never had protein powder before and felt anxious that they’d all taste rubbish. This is lush though!!!Would recommend. Genuinely mean it. Can’t compare to others, but I’ll be looking forward to drinking this.
