I have noticed the stains on my teeth have decreased and I am only a few days into her plan. I chose this mouth wash for two reasons:1. to keep my breath fresh2. to help deal with the bacteria on my tongue as often have a sore tongue.It works a treat.. highly recommend.A little pricey but definitely worth every penny.
